Skip Whittet was named the PGA Golf Professional of the Year in 1980 and was crowned the Senior Section PGA Professional Champion in 1991. He spent 15 years working the PGA Champions Tour, followed by a wonderful career of 15 years as the Head Golf Professional at Oakmont Country Club. He served as the SCPGA’s President from 1986-1987.
