Ernie Vossler, PGA

A professional golfer who also contributed to golf course design, management and real estate development

An American professional golfer who played on the PGA TOUR and later in life was successful in golf course design, management and real estate development.

Vossler turned professional in 1954, and won three times on the PGA TOUR. 

After his touring days, Vossler became a club professional in Oklahoma and worked at courses such as Southern Hills CC and Quail Creek Golf & CC, and later became the Chairman of Landmark Golf. He was named the PGA Golf Professional of the Year in 1967, and inducted into the PGA Professional Golf Hall of Fame in 2005.
